Todd Rutherford is the Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of Process Point. His wealth of experience extends over 37 years in the natural gas & energy services industry and over 30 years of International experience working in over 50 countries. Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role of CEO.
Before Process Point, Todd was the original founder of Valerus Compression Services and played an intricate part of Valerus’ success story. Valerus rapidly grew market share & top line revenues to over $600 million in a few short years and was considered the second largest gas handling services company worldwide.
Prior to Valerus, Todd served as a member of the Executive Management team at Hanover Compressor Company from 1995 to 2002. His responsibilities included managing International Operations in 20 different countries with revenues exceeding $250 million annually.
From his humble beginnings as a gas compressor technician to selling large mid-stream, multimillion-dollar gas processing facilities; Todd is a High-performance, goal-driven professional with great leadership skills to lead Process Point on their journey.
Tim Tolmachoff CPA, Chief Financial Officer of Process Point. He is a seasoned domestic and international oil & gas industry professional with 30+ years in worldwide gas compression and production operations providing financial and operational leadership to guide and support financial/accounting operations, banking, risk and insurance, contract negotiation as required in the normal course of domestic and international operations.
Successfully implemented financial systems and led a start-up in new business & organizational change for values-based management which resulted in amplified cash flow. He also directed extensive implementation of internal controls &conducted financial forensic investigations in the U.S and South America.
Tim’s leadership thru his career extends as VP & CFO of Gas compression Equipment Manufacturing and Caterpillar Dealership. CFO for Gas compression International Operations and Medical & clinical practice operating systems.
His leadership, experience and an amazing eye for detail, makes Tim an important part of Process Point and the perfect person to lead our accounting and finance group worldwide.
