Todd Rutherford is the Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of Process Point. His wealth of experience extends over 37 years in the natural gas & energy services industry and over 30 years of International experience working in over 50 countries. Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role of CEO.
Before Process Point, Todd was the original founder of Valerus Compression Services and played an intricate part of Valerus’ success story. Valerus rapidly grew market share & top line revenues to over $600 million in a few short years and was considered the second largest gas handling services company worldwide.
Prior to Valerus, Todd served as a member of the Executive Management team at Hanover Compressor Company from 1995 to 2002. His responsibilities included managing International Operations in 20 different countries with revenues exceeding $250 million annually.
From his humble beginnings as a gas compressor technician to selling large mid-stream, multimillion-dollar gas processing facilities; Todd is a High-performance, goal-driven professional with great leadership skills to lead Process Point on their journey.
Tim Tolmachoff CPA, Chief Financial Officer of Process Point. He is a seasoned domestic and international oil & gas industry professional with 30+ years in worldwide gas compression and production operations providing financial and operational leadership to guide and support financial/accounting operations, banking, risk and insurance, contract negotiation as required in the normal course of domestic and international operations.
Successfully implemented financial systems and led a start-up in new business & organizational change for values-based management which resulted in amplified cash flow. He also directed extensive implementation of internal controls &conducted financial forensic investigations in the U.S and South America.
Tim’s leadership thru his career extends as VP & CFO of Gas compression Equipment Manufacturing and Caterpillar Dealership. CFO for Gas compression International Operations and Medical & clinical practice operating systems.
His leadership, experience and an amazing eye for detail, makes Tim an important part of Process Point and the perfect person to lead our accounting and finance group worldwide.
Antonio Ycaza is the Vice President of Latin America, Business Development of Process Point. He has been a leader in the industry since 2008. He started his oil & gas career in Houma, Louisiana where he was leading sales in downhole tools to Latin America. In 2010, he moved to Houston, Texas to be part of Valerus Compression Services in the International group. Antonio’s experience and skills led him at Valerus to coordinate and execute projects in gas compression where his growth in the industry continued.
After the acquisition by Enerflex, he went on to be part of the sales team in Latin America. Antonio’s success and experience in Enerflex led him to become the Director of Business Development at Custom Compression Systems where he continued increasing sales.
Following his success at Custom Compression Systems Antonio linked up with his Mentor Todd Rutherford At Process Point, to lead Business Development for Latin America. He has been a key leader for the growth of the company bringing his expertise, knowledge, and experience into the business. We are excited to embrace a brilliant mind as our VP of Latin America to expand our business in that region for Process Point.
Mahfooz Mustafa is the Vice President of Middle East, Business Development of Process Point. Mr. Mustafa has over 25 years experience in consulting and in Business Development for multi-national Oil & Gas equipment, engineering and services companies within the upstream /midstream arena.
Mr. Mustafa previously held positions as Vice President Business Development at Cryosys Gas Processing Solutions LLC , Director of Business Development for South and Central Asia at Valerus Field Solutions LP (later acquired by SNC-Lavalin) and as Director Sales MENA at Stewart and Stevenson.
Prior to that Mr. Mustafa was an Independent Consultant to leading oilfield service companies such as Allis Chalmers Energy in Houston. He has successfully negotiated and closed Upstream and Midstream Oil and Gas projects Internationally valued at over USD $300 million. He was educated in England and has a Bachelors Degree in Economics and International Relations. Mr. Mustafa experience and knowledge in the industry makes the perfect VP of Middle East, business development.
Matt Wishert is the Senior Vice President of Projects of Process Point. His experience extending over 37 years in the natural gas & energy services industry. 25 of those years have been involved internationally with experience working in countries all around the World.
Before Process Point, Matt joined Maxim Silencers to bring this business back from bankruptcy and make it a major provider in industrial silencing and environment compliance products for the industry. Prior to Maxim Silencers, Matt served as a member of the Executive Management team at Hanover Compressor Company from 1995 to 2000 as Director of Business Development. His responsibilities included developing and project management for International business opportunities with revenues exceeding $250 million annually.
From his beginnings as a gas compressor package engineer, to business development for large mid-stream, multimillion-dollar oil, and gas processing facilities; Matt is a performing, goal-driven professional with great leadership skills to lead Process Point to their place as a world leader for oil, and gas processing needs as our Senior VP of Projects.
